Transcripts are documents that list a student's GPA, classes taken, and specific grades received for each class at each year. These documents will be needed in order to apply to college. Students can request their transcripts by filling out Centennial's Transcript Request Form. Please note: students using the Common App, Coalition App, or any other website that requires a counselor to upload a student's transcript will still need to fill out the Transcript Request Form. Please list "Common App" or the name of the application you are using when filling out the form.
